Q: What's the price of a VFR/RVF/CBR?
A: All our bikes varey in price as they may have different modifications.
Q: The prices are in GBP, I live in XYZ, what are the prices in my currency?

Q: Are there any hidden costs?
A: No there are no hidden costs. Its just the buy now price, the shipping cost that we quote you and then the customs clearance costs. You need to contact your local customs broker and ask for a quote.

A: Contact your local customs broker for a quote. See our "Customs" page for more info.
Q: How much is it to register my bike?
A: For vehicle registration info please contact the motor vehicle registry office in your country. Your local yellow pages will give you the phone number.
Q: Is it difficult to register my bike in the USA or UK?
A: It is very easy to register the scooters in all countries. We sell to the USA, UK on a regular basis and no one has had a problem with getting the bikes registered.
Q: Is customs clearance included in the shipping cost ?
A: No, the shipping cost gets the bike from our workshop to your local shipping port where your customs broker will collect and store it in their warehouse ready for further delivery or pick up.
Q: Do I have to do anything? Isn't importing a bike complicated?
A: The only thing you need to do is phone your local customs broker and ask them to take care of the import customs clearance. Then when we send you the original documents just forward them to your broker.
Q: Is the bike delivered to my door?
A: The bike will be delivered to your nearest shipping port, then your customs broker may freight forward it to your door if you request it or you can pick up the bike from their warehouse with a hired car trailer or pickup.
Q: I'm dropping in to Thailand next week can I come and see your shop?
A: Our workshop is not available to the general public.
Q: Can I arrange my own shipping from Thailand?
A: No, we arrange shipping to your nearest port.
Q: Is my bike going to be legal with documents?
A: All our bikes come with full legal documentation for import, customs clearance and vehicle registration purposes. Click here for a list of documents.
Q: Are any of the bike stolen property?
A: No we do not deal in stolen goods. All our scooters undergo a police check and are issued with a police clearance certificate.
Q: How big is the crate and are they packed well?
A: Yes they are packed carefully in a timber frame box lined with plywood. Click here for more info.
Q: Do I need shipping insurance?
A: 95% of our bikes are shipped without insurance, we have never had cause for a claim yet. It is up to you if you want to take the extra precaution. Insurance is an extra 2%. Let us know if you want to insure.
Q: My city is not on the shipping prices page, how much is shipping to XYZ?

Q: Are the photos of the bikes the actual bike I am buying?
A: The photos are of bikes we have built and sold in the past UNLESS we stipulate that the bike is available for IMMEDIATE SHIPPING. If this is stated on our web site then the bike is built and ready for shipping and you will get what you see in the photo.
Q: How long does it take for delivery?
A: If your order is a custom order the restoration takes approx 3 weeks. The sea journey is approx 30 days. If you have ordered a bike that is 'READY TO SHIP' then allow 4 weeks delivery time.
Q: Can I buy wholesale?
A: Yes but only if you are a registered business already dealing in motor vehicles or bikes. Contact us if you are a dealer and provide your business registration details in the email. If you are not registered as a motor vehicle seller you may also buy wholesale if you order more than one scooter.
Q: I want to buy wholesale for you. I'm going to order 3 - 5 but I want to order one first to check it out. Then I'm going to order heaps.
A: To qualify as a wholesale buyer, you must provide us with your registered business details (business registration certificate). If you cant do this you can buy one at retail first, then all orders after that will be at wholesale. OR you can buy more than one for your first order at wholesale.
Q: Will you accept a lower price?
A: No.
Q: Can I pay by credit card or paypal?
A: Yes the way to pay us with credit card is as follows... go to your bank and ask them to transfer the amount from your credit card to your bank account (cash advance) then do the wire transfer from your bank account to our bank.
Q: How do I know you won’t steal my money after I pay you?
A: We are the largest customizing supplier on the internet with excellent references, see our testimonials. Our business is customizing and selling bikes not stealing money.
